Dependency Representation

Our experienced juvenile law attorneys can provide representation for parents involved in court action regarding Dependency and Severance cases. We can serve as counsel from the beginning all the way through to family reunification or guardianship/termination.

Grandparent Rights

Recognizing grandparent rights is a rather new development, though grandparents, just as other meaningful relationships, such as step-parents or other caretakers, form deep bonds with the children in their lives.

Guardianship

There are two types of guardianship defined by the court. A guardianship, legally speaking, is the appointment of an individual or an entity to make personal decisions on behalf of and provide care for either a minor child or an adult who is incapacitated.
