About Kari Joyce

Attorney Kari Joyce hails from Tucson, Arizona. After attending high school in Tucson, Kari studied at the University of Rochester in New York where she received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology with a Minor in Spanish.

While attending Arizona State University for grad school, Kari received a Masters of Social Work, after which time she attended law school. Kari graduated from Arizona Summit Law School cum laude ranked at the top of her graduating class.

Following admission to the Arizona bar, Kari worked at the Arizona Attorney General’s Office as an Assistant Attorney General, representing the Arizona Department of Child Safety in Juvenile Dependency, until becoming a partner at Joyce & Dubin, PLLC.

Previously a competitive swimmer, Kari is an avid runner who participates in marathons around the state. Kari also enjoys being a mentor for Aid to Adoption of Special Kids through the agency’s Special Friends program.
